A prize for going hacking? Yep, that’s right, thanks to our #Hack1000Miles sponsors Wintec and Equisafety.

Your Horse’s international hacking campaign is the first of its kind to champion all things hacking at a distance that is challenging, but extremely rewarding.

We’ve been on a mission to encourage people to get out more on their horse and be proud of every milestone, no matter how big or small, since 2017.

Remember, this isn’t a competition: it’s your own journey which means you go as far as you can in your own time. We know that every mile is an achievement in itself.

Milestone rewards

  • 500 miles
    The first 275 challengers to reach the halfway mark — 500 miles — will receive a set of Equisafety high vis leg wraps or a high vis ear bonnet*.
  • 1,000 miles
    The first 60 challengers to cross the mighty 1,000-mile finish line will receive a money-can’t-buy Equisafety high vis neck band*.
  • Wintec saddle worth up to £1,249!
    Every challenger who hits the 1,000-mile target between 1 April 2021 and 31 March 2022 will be entered into a draw to win a Wintec saddle of their choice. Wow!

Spot prizes

Between 1 April and 31 October 2021, the Your Horse team will choose their favourite story from a #Hack1000Miles challenger to win a prize from Wintec. There’s one prize up for grabs each month, as follows:

      • A Wintec saddlecloth for three winners: one in April, one in May and one in June
      • A Wintec anatomic girth for one winner in August
      • A Wintec saddlebag for three winners: one in July, one in September and one in October

How to enter

To be eligible for all of the above, you will need to be a signed up member of #Hack1000Miles (it’s free!) and insert your hacking mileage into our digital leaderboard***. You’ll be automatically entered into a draw when you hit the milestones.

*Exact prizes/colours depend on stock at the time of claiming. **Prizes are available for UK-based challengers only. ***Launch date tbc. Your Horse will announce its launch via its website and social media channels. In the absence of a digital leaderboard, these prize winners will be randomly selected from those challengers who send it their filled in tracker cards by email (email address tbc – further details will be announced in due course).
