A cooler rug is a versatile horse rug that has multiple uses and you’ll find at least one in every equine wardrobe.
You may choose to use a cooler rug to keep your horse comfortable while they cool down after exercise or while they travel in a horsebox. They are useful after washing a horse and when they come in from the field particularly wet.
A cooler rug can also be used to layer up with other rugs, putting it under a mediumweight stable rug, for example, when a little extra warmth is required on a chilly night.
