HorseFest is the exciting new outdoor summer festival for horse lovers that’s taking place from 8-10 July 2022 at Kelsall Hill in Cheshire
We have four pairs* of weekend tickets up for grabs for HorseFest. Included in the prize is a car pass and the opportunity to bring your tent and camp overnight to enjoy the magical night-time atmosphere and entertainment.
HorseFest, presented by John Oates Horseboxes, is designed to celebrate all things horse. A must-attend for all those horse fans with an interest in the equine world, HorseFest will bring together a magical mix of equestrian experts, elite riders and horse owners, to learn, have fun, celebrate and create special memories over a summer weekend.
If eventing is your passion then there’s no better name than superstar Mary King, who will be sharing her skills and expertise that has seen her achieve so much in the sport.
When it comes to dressage and proving that with hard work and dedication you really can make it big, there’s no better advocate than Steph Croxford. Well remembered for her brilliant partnership with Mr President, Steph will no doubt impart her knowledge in the fun manner she is known for.
Eventer-turned-showjumper Jay Halim is always great fun to be around and there’s no doubt his demonstrations will be relatable for HorseFest goers.
Performance psychologist Charlie Unwin and natural horseman Jason Webb are set to entertain with their ‘Meeting of Minds’ demonstration, which will see two of the very best in the industry develop both horse and rider on their journey.
A fascinating insight into equine locomotion, training, management and welfare from an anatomical perspective will be provided by Gillian Higgins of Horses Inside Out as she paints her horse and talks about movement and traction from the equine perspective.
Plus Simon Cocozza, author of Core Conditioning for Horses, will share his experience of rehabilitation and developing horses to perform at their best.
At night, unwind, relax or dance the night away with music and entertainment, or get involved with fun quizzes as you treat yourself to a drink or two.
Throughout the event there will be a variety of tasty and innovative food stalls and bars, as well as a shopping village that will include horsey and lifestyle stands to browse and enjoy.
