Research Engine is carrying out research into how horse owners manage their paddock and field maintenance. As an incentive, respondents will be entered into a prize draw to win Le Mieux vouchers worth £100 or £250. 

As a horse owner you will be very keen that your animals get the best care possible, including correct feeding. This means the quality of the grass provided for them to graze is crucial.

Poor grass growth due to lack of nutrients in the soil and competition from invasive weed species can dramatically reduce the amount and quality of nutrition on offer, as well as the appearance of the sward.

Our client is creating a great new service to help horse owners better manage the quality of the grass in their paddocks. They’ve asked us to do some research amongst horse owners to find out their attitudes to their paddocks and how they are managed, plus explore reactions to the potential new service they are offering.

To take part, go to our online survey and run through the questions. The survey will take around 10 minutes to complete. There is nothing too technical to answer and you won’t need to look anything up. As a tip, you might find it easier to complete the survey using a laptop, tablet or desktop, rather than a smartphone.

As a thank you for taking part, respondents will be entered into a prize draw to win one of our great prizes. First prize is £250 of Le Mieux vouchers while five runners-up will receive £100 worth of Le Mieux vouchers.

  • The winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 20th August 2021
  • The winner drawn will be final and no correspondence shall be entered into. Entrants agree to be bound by these rules
  • The winner will be notified using the phone number given within 10 working days of the draw. In the event of no response within 20 days of notification, there will be a re-draw from remaining entries
