Looking for a horse who’s attended top competitions but perhaps you don’t have the funds or experience to match? This 16hh stunner — who’s graced London International and Gatcombe Festival of Eventing — could be yours for just £3,500.
Spotted at top events across the country, the ultimate ‘field ornament’ has been turning heads at every venue he attends.
Made around 400 recycled horseshoes and finished in satin black, he was crafted by Cotswolds-based Ben Lee of BL Sculptures, and has attended top events with the metal sculptor.
He’s now looking for a new home where he can stand proudly on display for the rest of his days.
His companion, captured in motion, is based on the Lloyds Bank horse and is striding out at trot and is also for sale.
The sculpture has also been on display at the Festival of Eventing and started with a sketch last June, before being transformed into a three-dimensional life-size horse.
Ben said this was “by far the best sculpture” he has made, and it is on the market for £8,000.
