Nominations are open for the 2025 Equestrian Business Awards, a series of accolades which recognise the outstanding contributions and achievements of businesses and professionals across the equestrian world.
Last year’s awards received over 16,000 nominations across 20 categories. Four finalists were then shortlisted for each award and interviewed by a judging panel. The winners were revealed at a ceremony at the Holiday Inn Peterborough West in November.
Katy Wright established the Equestrian Business Awards four years ago as a way of celebrating equine businesses and professionals. Award categories include Retailer of the Year, Riding School of the Year and Equestrian Tech of the Year.
“Small equestrian businesses and equine professionals have been lost under the radar for far too long despite the fact that without their care, expertise and hard work, many of our horses as well as us as owners would not be where we are today,” said Katy.
Giving back
“I am determined to do everything I can to give back to those that work within the equestrian community so they know just how valued they are.
“The comments that I have received about the awards from horse owners, nominees and finalists have been extremely heart-warming and I am thrilled that they are providing a platform where we can champion the hard work of those in the industry and foster a culture of collaboration, appreciation and kindness within the equestrian community.”
Last year’s winners included Graveney Equine (Livery Yard of the Year), Aintree International Equestrian Centre (Event Venue of the Year) and Thompson House Equine Vets (Vet Practice of the Year).
