An equestrian company is looking for a horsey charity to donate excess riding kit to.

Norfolk based Tuffa Boots recently gifted some riding accessories to the Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA), and is looking for more equestrian charities who would like to receive some free riding gloves and chaps.

The family-owned business specialises in the design, production and distribution of horse riding and country boots and accessories, including chaps, gloves, gaiters and socks.

The stock available for donation is from ends of lines, over stocks, ex-display and seconds. Rather than sell the items off at a reduced price, Tuffa owner Michelle Girling wanted to donate them to equestrian charities to help them to raise funds or use at their discretion .

“We know that times have been exceptionally hard for all charities during the pandemic, but particularly for those connected to the horse world,” she said. “As we are such an equestrian focussed business, we felt that if would be a lovely idea to help some charities close to our hearts. The offer is open to any equestrian charity and we will help as many as we can while stocks last ”

Equestrian charities who are interested in receiving a donation of riding gloves and chaps should apply via email to trade@tuffaboots.com
