Help for people whose show ticket wasn’t attached to their email

All tickets for Your Horse Live that were purchased before Tuesday 1 October are being sent out today. Please look out for them in your email inbox, and remember to check your spam folder if they’re not there.

Original annoucement:

We are aware that people have recently received a ticket email without their Your Horse Live show tickets attached. Unfortunately, there has been an issue with our new ticketing site and we are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Please bear with us as we work through the issues. Rest assured, everyone will receive their tickets in plenty of time for the show.

We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

We will update this page with more information as soon as we have it.
