FAQ

Got a query about Your Horse Live? You’ll find the answer to the most frequently asked questions here…

Where is Your Horse Live held?

NAEC, Stoneleigh Park, Stoneleigh Park, Kenilworth, Warwickshire, CV8 2LZ

How do I get there?

If you are travelling by car, please put the above postcode into your sat nav. Look out for AA signs for Your Horse Live and when you see them, please ignore your sat nav and follow the directions to your nearest carpark.

For those visitors with VIP Parking, Stable Yard access, SEIB Competitors or Blue Badge holders, the postcode CV8 2LZ will take you to the main entrance and you will be directed from there. Please note, only visitors with the correct passes will be able to access the show here. If you don’t have a pass, please follow the AA signs for general show parking.

For more information including rail and bus info please visit Getting Here | NAEC Stoneleigh

What time does the show open?

VIP and Standard Plus ticket holders can enter the show from 8.30am. Standard ticket holders can enter from 9am. The show closes for everyone at 5.30pm.

Where are the car parks?

Most of the parking is on grass, so please wear appropriate footwear. A shuttle bus is available to and from Car Park 3. The bus stop for your return trip back to the car park is located outside on the roadway near the Heavy Horse Yard.

Which car park am I in?

If you find yourself asking this on show day, the answer depends on where you entered the show. If you came by shuttle or walked through Stoneleigh showground and entered via the Heavy Horse Yard and glass front of the venue, you are parked in Car Park 3.

If you walked through the ticket gates and saw the Rescue Village first you are in Car Park 5.

Is there disabled car parking?

If you have a blue badge you will be able to park in our disabled parking area which is closer to the show entrance and on hard standing. Please follow the signs for the Main Entrance (Postcode CV8 2LH). You MUST have your blue badge on show and the badge holder must be present in the car, otherwise the stewards will turn you around.

The show is mainly indoor and on tarmac, but please bear in mind that this is uneven in some places.

What facilities are there for disabled visitors?

We have limited wheelchair slots with carer seat in our SEIB Main Arena along with some accessible seats. These can be booked with Standard Plus or VIP tickets to guarantee your space. Standard tickets will be on a first-come-first-served basis and aren’t guaranteed.

There is a hearing loop available in the organisers office.

Registered disabled visitors can buy a ticket with a free carer. On arrival the ticket holder will need to provide proof of entitlement with at least one of the following:

  • Letter/Notice of entitlement for Personal Independence Payment
  • Blue parking badge or Freedom Pass.

The venue does provide accessible toilets on site.

Are there baby change facilities?

Yes — these can be found in the Blackdown Foyer or in the Hall 1 disabled toilet.

Is there somewhere to leave my shopping?

Yes, we have two Shop & Drop facilities available for you to use. These will be clearly signposted at the show.

Where is the show map?

You can view the show map here and start planning your day now! There will also be a show map in the show programme, which will be handed to you as you enter the show.

Can tickets be purchased on the day?

Tickets are available from our ticket site until Wednesday 5 November 2024. We currently plan for standard tickets to be available on the day too, but these don’t allow entry until 9.30am on all days.

Sometimes we hit capacity with our advance sales and so cannot sell tickets on the gate. Please double check this website and our social channels a few days before you start to travel if you don’t have an advanced ticket as we will clearly communicate a sold out show on there.

Do children require a ticket?

Under 5’s go free, but if they are accompanied by a Standard Plus or VIP ticket holder they will need to sit on the ticket purchaser’s knee when seated in the Main Arena.

Children aged between five and 15 will need to purchase a child’s ticket.

Is there a cash point on site?

There is no cash point on site at Stoneleigh Park.

Our tradestand holders are individual companies and it is their choice to accept cash or card payments.

Where can I find out what’s on each day?

This year’s timetables can be found here and we also share all our latest show news here. Keep an eye on our social media channels for updates and exciting announcements too!

Will I get a seat in the SEIB Main Arena?

If you are a VIP ticket holder, a seat is reserved for you in the SEIB Main Arena all day for the day you have booked. Your seat number will be shown on your ticket. If you are a Standard Plus ticket holder, you are guaranteed a seat on the day you have booked for either the morning or afternoon session. Both sessions feature the same riders, so you won’t miss anything, and you will not be asked to leave your seat after each performance.

Standard tickets holders have access to the SEIB Main Arena performances on a first come, first served basis and a seat is not guaranteed.

The standard seating area is cleared out after each performance to allow more people the opportunity to see a session. If you would like to see another performance, you will need to join the queue again.
